• • A fitted blouse or top (not too tight or loose)

• • A mirror or a helper

• • Pen and paper or your phone to note down

Key Measurements to Take:

 

1. 1. Bust Circumference
      Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
      Tip: Wear a well-fitted bra for accuracy.

      Measure just below your bust. This helps determine your blouse band size.

      Measure across the back from one shoulder bone to the other.
